We did it!!!

So our team finally did it. We won all three of our volleyball games. I know many of you are thinking is that really that big of a deal....but trust me it is. We are the bad news bears of volleyball, except we skip the part where we get good. We are the team who gets shut-out, who hits balls two courts over, who stand by and aimlessly watch as the ball lands at our feet, and actually miss the ball altogether. We are the laughing stock of the rec league if that tells you anything.

But tonight was a different story. We were looking good (and the other team was looking more like we usually do). So I am wondering did our playing together the last 9 weeks finally click and we are getting each other, did we just play exceptionally well or did the other team just suck that bad? I would like to hope that it is one or both of the first two but you never know.

The bad news is that now our season is over, at least we eneded on a good note. But when we start again in the fall I am sure we will be back to our old selves again. But don't always say "did you have fun?" And I can honestly say that I did every time I played.
