What I am reading

This is the book I am currently reading is called The Happiness Project. I was very intrigued by this book, first, because I love reading others journeys of discovery. I also loved that she was able to do it in her normal day-to-day life with a few small changes. I have already been inspired to make a few changes such as the one sentence journal and act how you want to feel. I am wanting to do my own happiness project next year so I am making my list of things that I am wanting to work on.
