Ahh! The beauty of fall. It my absolute favorite season for lots of reasons, but this weekend I went back to my childhood and remembered something I used to love to do. Ian and I decided to get a pumpkin and carve it. Now, we went with the traditional jack o'lantern as neither of us thought we could get much more creative with a knife than that. And of course we roasted some pumpkin seeds after. It was great and it looks great shining on my front stoop.
