Barack

Yesterday Ian and I went to the Obama rally. It was such an amazing experience. First, this is the first time I have really felt educated about politics and how it effects me, which is a big step. Second, the energy was amazing. There were 75,000 people there from all walks of life. There were people from every ethnicity and race all for one cause... to elect someone who will make a difference.

It was so great to see so many different people there who are ready to make a change. There were small children all the way to elderly. Rich people and people from poverty. Preps and Freaks. Families and Singles. I love when something can bring out so many different types of people for one cause. I was amazed that one person could bring people of such different backgrounds together. I am so glad I was part of the feeling and "Yes WE CAN".
