Well I am really in the need of some exercise. I have gained the freshman 15 except I am far from being a freshman... I have lazyititus instead. Well I have said I was going to excise for quite some time now and no avail I have not hit the gym. So this is going to be my accountability piece and I am counting on your guys to get on to me if I am not doing what my goal is.
I am going to start small. My goal is to get to the gym four days a week and do 25 minutes of cardio all four days. Two of those days I will also do strenght training--one day is upper body and one day is lower. I am going to post my trips to the gym and am counting on your to check up on me.
Hopefully this will help me and I will lose that 15 and a few more!!!
